eft for Anxiety

Welcome back!

I’m so honored that you keep watching and reading everything that I Have sent! I’m curious as to what benefits you have noticed since you began doing some EFT. I’d also love to know how often you are using EFT. I have found it to be such a helpful tool in my life.

As promised here is the transcript that will outline the tapping points for you. 

On a scale of one to 10, where one is completely false and 10 is absolutely true, how true does the following statement feel: I just can’t get a handle on this anxiety.  Go ahead and write down that number, we will come back to it later. 

Karate Chop: Even though I haven’t been able to completely eliminate this anxiety, I deeply and completely love and accept myself
Eyebrows: I’ve literally tried everything and nothing has worked. 
Side of eyes: Nothing has worked. Nothing eliminated the anxiety for good
Under eyes: I can’t even remember a time when it wasn’t here.  
Under nose: I didn’t invite this anxiety to take over my life
Chin: I am exhausted by people’s not helpful comments and suggestions. I just want it gone
Collarbone: I don’t want this anymore
Under Arm:  I no longer hold on to those old thoughts, feelings, emotions, or responses
Top of head: They don’t belong here. They don’t fit any longer. This anxiety must leave
 
Take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth. Put your hand on your heart and say, “I forgive myself for not being able to eliminate the anxiety long term. I forgive myself for not being able to find a way to free myself from it previously. I forgive myself for experiencing anxiety.” 

Take another deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth. 

On a scale of one to 10, where one is completely false and 10 is absolutely true, how true does the following statement feel: I just can’t get a handle on this anxiety.   Once this number is down to a 5, go ahead and proceed with the rest of the video.  If it’s not at a 5 yet, then go back to the beginning of this video.
 
Now we are going to reinforce something other than the old garbage we have spent so much time creating for ourselves. Are you ready? 

Karate Chop: I am ready to allow the anxiety to leave for good, and I deeply and completely love and accept myself. 
Eyebrow: I now only want positive and calming experiences.  
Side of eye: I know recognize anxiety as simply a response to a stimuli
Ender eye: I recognize that I now have the choice of whether to experience anxiety or not. 
Under Nose: Those old thoughts, feelings, and emotions don’t even show up on my radar
Chin: I am absolutely worthy of constantly feeling calm and centered. 
Collarbone: I am easily able to see how much more freedom I have in life without the anxiety
Underarm: I have changed my thoughts, feeling, and experiences and I have eliminated anxiety
Top of Head: I am worthy of living a life free from anxiety. I am absolutely filled with happiness, joy, and gratitude.
