eft for Stress

Hello!

I’m so excited to offer you this video demonstrating how to use EFT to eliminate stress. I absolutely love the ease and flexibility of using EFT! It’s such a versatile and adaptable tool.

Transcript:
On a scale of 0 to 10, with 10 being that your belief feels totally true how true does the statement “I just can’t shake this stress” feel? 
Write down that number on a piece of paper so that we can refer to it later. 

Karate Chop: Even though I can’t get rid of all this stress, I deeply love and accept myself
Eyebrow: Maybe I’m not good enough to not experience stress
Side of eye: Maybe everyone is just this stressed. 
Under eye: Sometimes I don’t even feel stressed. Everyone else just tells me I’m stressed
Under nose: I feel like because I don’t handle my stress differently that means I must be weak. 
Chin: Why can’t I just feel like I’m okay the way I am
Collarbone: I just want to be okay
Under arm: How am I supposed to manage stress when I don’t even know where it’s coming from?
Top of Head: I feel like stress is everywhere. I just can’t ditch it or not feel stressed. 

Put your hand on your heart, take a deep breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth and repeat after me: I forgive myself for not being able to recognize my stress levels. I forgive myself for experiencing stress. I’m doing the best that I know how. 

On a scale of 0 to 10, with 10 being that your belief feels totally true how true does the statement “I just can’t shake this stress” feel? When that feeling of not being able to shake the depression  is down to a 5 move on: 
Karate Chop: I am confident that I am now handling stress appropriate and I am worthy of deeply and completely loving myself. 
Eyebrow: I am resilient  
Side of eye: I am recognizing that my ability to handle stress in increasing
Under eye: I currently recognize stress as simply a response to a stimuli
Under nose: I am eliminating the Shame of experiencing stress. 
Chin: I am eliminating the need to judge myself for experiencing stress. 
Collar bone: I am increasing my coping skills to better handle stress.  
Under arm: I am recognizing my growth and change! 
Top of head: I am experiencing more peace and joy where I would have previously felt stressed. 
 
I’d love for you to play with this several times a day for a few days. Remember to not get caught up in the words that you are using. Trust yourself, that’s part of the magic of the process.
