Introduction to eft


I want to welcome you to the intro to EFT video series.  If you are checking out these video’s I’m assuming one of the following issues has at one point touched your life: depression, anxiety, or stress. These will be YOUR video’s. Watch them, save them, take notes about them, do whatever you need to do to become comfortable with them. Most of all, I really want to encourage you to utilize them.

Feel free to watch and use these videos as much as you desire! There’s no such thing as “too much EFT”. Clinical research has shown that as little as 15 minutes of tapping a day substantially reduces the amount of cortisol (the stress hormone) your body produces.

For so many years of my life, I have lived with debilitating stress, anxiety, and depression. I want to empower you to live life without the shackles of these things weighing you down.  I want you to feel the freedom of no longer being defined and confined by these things.

You will be receiving the three EFT videos over the next several days. I will also be providing some other resources because I really want you to experience the freedom that life can hold.

If you have any questions, concerns, or even if life just gets too heavy please don’t hesitate to reach out. I would love to be able to get to know you a little bit more!

Here’s how it will work: you will receive an email explaining the video that’s coming (as well as some other coping skills) and then you will receive another email with the video and the transcript.  I hope that makes sense.

I also want to acknowledge how courageous and strong you are! It takes so much strength and courage to ask for help rather than just suffer in silence! I believe in you.
