32 - 40: Woah! You are in FULL BURNOUT MODE!

You need to lower the rate of burnout you are experiencing currently (and it needs to be done soon!)!  Some recommendations are EFT, Hypnosis, scheduling downtime, personal massages, setting better boundaries, saying no more often. It’s critical that you get some assistance because left unattended this will continue to escalate and cause you health and relational problems.

Find a coach to help you get these things into check and help you change your priorities. Because I have been where you are, I know you don’t have the additional energy to engage in video/telephone coaching. Here are a couple of resources to help you turn down the amount of burn out you are experiencing.  Because you are in full burn out mode, I know time and energy are both in short supply. EFT Script for burn out

On a scale of 1 to 10 how true does this  two statements feel? On a scale of 1 to 10 with 1 being completely true and 10 being completely false how true do those statements feel

Even though I am massively burned out, I am confident I will develop effective solutions

Karate Chop: Even though I am super burned out I deeply and completely love and accept myself.

Eyebrow: I just can’t catch a break

Side of eye: Nothing I try makes the stress become less

Under the eye: I just want to feel calm and relaxed

Under the nose: I wish I didn’t always have to overcompensate by working myself to the bone. I really just want to rest.

Chin: I just want to be okay and allow myself to have down time, relax and reset.

Collarbone: I wish I could treat myself kindly and not push myself so much.

Under the arm: I just don’t know how to get a better handle on this overwhelm.

Top of head: What if I could actually allow myself to rest without losing how much I get done in a day?

Take a deep breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. Take another deep breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth feeling all the stress and anxiousness leave with it.

Now I want you to reassess how true the statement  Even though I am massively burned out, I am confident I will develop effective solutions. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 1 being completely true and 10 being completely false how true do those statements feel?  I would encourage you to keep doing this tapping sequence until you are at a 3 or below. Once you are below a three please keep going.

Karate Chop: Even though I don’t know what it would feel like to not experience tons of stress and absolutely depleted I am willing to explore feeling different

Eyebrow: I wonder what it would be like to adjust my priorities

Side of the eye: It’s a little frightening thinking about making myself a higher priority

Under the eye: It would be so different to just give myself permission to rest and rest

Under the nose: I am worthy of resting, relaxing, and resetting. I am worthy of sleep and healing.

Chin: I no longer need to find my worth by working myself to death and overcommitting all my time and energy.

Collarbone: I am going to explore healing and healthy options to eliminate the burn out I have experienced.

Under arm:  I’m going to work on finding balance in fun and creative ways.

Top of head: I am willing to explore effective stress management techniques.
