Stomp Out Shame, Blame,
and Pain

What I Stand For

The fact is you’re conditioned to think that if you don’t adhere to the “norm”, you’re wrong/off-balance/not-right. So shame, blame, and pain have become your “norm”.

But the norm is quickly disappearing.

I’m here to make sure of it.

I’m Jenn Bovee, 20-year veteran in the psychotherapy field. What I do is keep you on an even keel when life tries to turn you upside down.
As a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Illinois, a Certified Reciprocal Alcohol and Drug Counsellor, clinically certified in hypnotherapy, and certified in EFT, I’m armed to the hilt with tools you need to navigate the waters of “I’m not good enough” or “I wish I wasn’t here” with confidence and strength; to give you everything you need to look beyond what you think other people think about you or how you’re just not good enough to do X.

You are literally a gem. Shame and pain should not be factors of how you see that.

Because how you see yourself and how you feel about yourself guide how you live your life.

Are you going to let life dictate that?

Let go of shame, blame, and pain and lead your life in a way that makes you feel gooooooood to your corE.

Let's Connect!

Wow. Where to begin? I never realized how much of the feelings I was holding onto were actually shame based. Now that I am able to recognize shame, I can begin to pull it out, look at it, analyze it and heal it. It has made me a stronger person emotionally and I am better able to handle how I react to people once I see the underlying shame behaviors we all seem to possess.

Not only did this workshop help me recognize when others were shaming me, but it taught me to recognize when I was shaming others. This was HUGE for me in that I now treat my husband, friends and clients in a totally different way. For anyone who is considering become a coach or a healer, this will make you a BETTER leader in your business and a better person in your life.
